1930's Aerolux Christian Cross

1930's: An Aerolux Christian cross light bulb. These decorative gas discharge bulbs contained very low pressure neon or argon gas, along with an anode and cathode (in this case here, the cross). In a sense, they are the forerunners to the modern day LASER. I am relying on a 1960's FEDTRO rectified half-wave DC voltage converter, which gives a pitch black cross outlined with bright glowing plasma discharge. This single power modification could very well keep this cross glowing for over one hundred years into the future.
